Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KAD Strength LLC, DBA Convoy Strength (“Convoy Strength,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our facility, website convoystrength.com , and all related services. By accessing our gym or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership and Access

Memberships are valid only for the individual member and are non-transferable.

Access is controlled via the Kisi app or approved pass system.

Sharing of access codes, keys, or passes is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

2. Guest Passes and Visitors

Visitors must purchase a valid guest or day pass online before entry.

All guests must sign a liability waiver before using the facility.

3. Member Conduct

Respectful conduct is required toward staff, members, and equipment.

Weights must be re-racked, equipment cleaned after use, and gym hygiene maintained.

No outside coaching, training of clients, or conducting business without written approval.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments for memberships, passes, or goods are processed via Square and Gymdesk.

All fees must be paid on time to maintain active membership status.

Membership commitments follow cancellation policies outlined in our Refund Policy .

5. Waiver of Liability

By entering Convoy Strength, you agree to assume all risks associated with gym use. You release Convoy Strength, its owners, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, theft, or property damage. Details are outlined in our Waiver and Membership Agreement.

6. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, calls, and email messages related to your membership, scheduling, and gym updates. You may opt-out at any time. For details, see our Communication Consent and Privacy Policy .

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy . Please review it for details on how we collect and use your information.

8. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and exchanges are outlined in our Refund Policy . Membership dues are not prorated unless specified, and sales of snacks, drinks, and apparel follow the posted policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, CA.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to convoystrength.com/terms-and-conditions with a new effective date.
