Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how KAD Strength LLC, DBA Convoy Strength (“Convoy Strength,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles refunds and exchanges for memberships, coaching, apparel, snacks, and drinks. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Memberships

Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Memberships are not prorated for unused time (e.g., cancellation after 350 of 365 days).

Commitment memberships (6 or 12 months) may be canceled early with a 50% remaining balance fee.

Exceptions:

Injury occurring at the gym → membership may be frozen without cost.

Military orders requiring relocation → free cancellation.

The “sign up fee” covers the final 30 days of access. Example: if you cancel on 9/20/25, your access continues through 10/20/25.

2. Coaching

All coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Three reschedules count as one completed session.

3. Apparel

Apparel may be exchanged for a different size within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Snacks and Drinks

All snack and drink sales are final.

Refunds are provided only for expired or damaged products.

5. Payment Processors

All payments are securely processed via Square and Gymdesk. Refunds, when applicable, are returned through the same method of payment.
